The company
RSGPRINV LLC is a private holding company formed to hold and grow a family's ownership positions in operating businesses. It is not a fund, it does not manage outside money, and it does not raise capital.
That structure is the point. Without outside limited partners, there is no pressure to deploy on someone else's schedule, no artificial holding period, and no incentive to manufacture activity. We can say no for years and then commit decisively when the right operator appears.

That combination shapes how we help: positioning and narrative, access to capital, and the operational judgment that comes from having sat on every side of the table.
Involvement is deliberately calibrated. We take real ownership, we make ourselves available, and we leave the operating to the operators.
